Dreamer. Seeker. Doer. Married my best friend and we share 3 very entertaining kiddos and two über mischievous cats. I’m a huge lover of spiritual care, self-care, yoga (the easy kind!), crystals, meditation, plants, and all sorts of books.
Mid-year 2022 I checked off a biggie on my wish list when we relocated to the more northern central part of FL. I believe there is an art to our well-being + this place has got just the thing I need.
I’ve always had a creative soul and love sharing things with others that help ease my life. Fully stepping into the world of creativity has been the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s a pretty blissful and challenging ride. It flows and inspires daily.
By the Moons (the self-care studio) is my creative outlet where I can share my self-care experiences and most loved creations.
